the hotel is near the center, the staff is enthusiastic, the hotel looks nice, clean, new but the facilities are a bit old, do not provide enough personal hygiene tools, old towels, the room is a bit small, but also divides the room with and private bathroom, breakfast is limited, normal.

Why I booked by room class is Deluxe Pool View Twin Room WITH BREAKFAST (NRF), but when I check in, it says that the room class does not include breakfast.
