Blood stain on the mattress. This should not happen. Blanket was very itchy. Told the staff to change. The staff was friendly. Name toon. He is very good. He manage to get the house keeping to clean and change for me. Thanks to toon

พนักงานให้เข้าไปห้องพัก เจอแต่มดกับแมลงเยอะมาก เหมือนไม่ได้ตั้งใจทำความสะอาด ทีวีดูไม่ได้ก็ตอบแค่ว่าไม่มีสัญญาณ ไม่มีการให้เปลี่ยนห้องหรือโทรมาพูดอะไรเลน โทรขอเมนูอาหารไป บอกจะเอาขึ้นมาให้แต่ก็ไร้วี่แวว ควรปรับปรุงด้วยนะคะ

เข้าพักห้องติดสระน้ำ สบายสะดวก อยู่ติดล้อบบี้ ห้องอาหาร ใกล้ลานจอดรถ พนักงานให้การต้องดี ช่วยเหลือดี โรงแรมอาจจะมีอายุ แต่ก็ดูแลได้ดี สะอาด และได้ราคาไม่สูงในช่วงโลซีซัน ถือว่าดีนะ ข้อติ เวลาอาบน้ำ น้ำมันจะไหลออกจากห้องน้ำมาที่พื้นห้อง แก้ไขส่วนนี้นิดหน่อยเอง

Drinking water glasses do not wash hand marks, oily marks are full, kettle cups do not wash, coffee cups, coffee spoons do not wash, the room has hair, the dressing table on the head of the bed must be wiped by yourself. I didn't pass.

***ขอร้องเรียน***วันนี้ไป check-in ในตอนเวลาประมาณ 17.30 pm เข้าห้องไปแล้วพบว่าพื้นห้องของโรงแรมสกปรกมาก มีทั้งเศษผม ปีกแมลง และฝุ่นเต็มทั่วพื้นห้อง เหมือนไม่มีการทำความสะอาด ไม่ประทับใจในการบริการของพนักงานโรงแรม โทษกันไปกันมา อ้างว่าไม่มีห้องเปลี่ยนให้ใหม่ อ้างว่าแม่บ้านเลิกงานกันหมดแล้ว แก้ปัญหาโดยการให้พนักงานหน้า front จะมาช่วยทำความสะอาดให้ แต่ทางดิฉันเสียความรู้สึกมากก ไม่คิดว่าโรงแรมระดับห้องราคาหลักพันขึ้นไป จะเป็นแบบนี้ ทำให้หมดใจที่จะอยากเข้าพัก จึงตัดสินใจ check-out และออกจากโรงแรมในทันที ทั้งนี้ทางโรงแรมอ้างว่าขอเงินคืนไม่ได้ เพราะจองผ่าน online agent จึงอยากร้องเรียนทาง online agent ว่าในกรณีเช่นนี้จะสามารถช่วยอะไรดิฉันได้บ้าง เพราะทางดิฉันเสียเปรียบอย่างมากกกับเงินที่จ่ายไป แม้ว่าจะเป็นการตัดสินใจของทางดิฉันเองที่จะ check-out ออกจากโรงแรมทันทีก็ตาม แต่ตอนกดซื้อนั้นก็ไม่คาดคิดเลยว่าจะเจอเจอเหตุการณ์เช่นนี้ เพราะเราไม่สามารถรู้ได้เลยว่าบริการของโรงแรมนี้เป็นอย่างไร และคิดว่าถ้าใครได้เจอเหตุการณ์เช่นนี้คงไม่มีใจที่จะอยากเข้าพักแน่นอน ดิฉันขอความเห็นใจกับทาง online agent ด้วยค่ะ จะขอบคุณเป็นอย่างยิ่ง รบกวนติดต่อกลับค่ะ

ห้องที่พักได้แบบห้องเชื่อม 2 ห้อง วิวสระน้ำดูดี ห้องริม แต่ข้อเสียคือประตูห้องดูไม่แข็งแรง แอร์ห้องพักมีเสียงดังและน้ำแอร์หยดเมื่อใช้งานนานๆ ห้องน้ำไม่มีประตูปิด ห้องค่อนข้างเก่า อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย

Pros - The room is very clean, the cleaning staff are lovely. The owner speaks well, recommends well. Some employees take good care. If anyone has children with it, it is recommended that the pool is good. Disadvantages - very far from the beach, no shuttle. There is no hair dryer, the water flow is not strong, the hot water cannot be controlled, saying that the pool is closed at 3 PM, but at 10 PM there are still people playing in the water. The room is not soundproof. Since the morning people were playing in the water The air conditioner is noisy, plus at night, hot, sleepless, flat pillow, some employees do not think to recommend customers. Having breakfast on the first day, there is no buffet. Confused because there is no staff standing in front of the restaurant After walking to find the room, close the kitchen door in front (I understand that it is the kitchen But seeing walking in and asking, would it be like to come out to welcome someone? There are 4-5 people in there, why go in to compress each other?) Rude Another day is a buffet, a little better. The receptionist is very slow.
