The accommodation is strategically located, around 5 minute-walk to Nana BTS Station and around 15-minute walk to Terminal 21 Asok.

Very close to 7-Eleven, some bars and restaurant also available, I like most the Indian food. Traffic is pathetic especially in evening time. Overall hotel is good, professional staff clean and tidy rooms.

As is with Ibis hotels all over the world, it lives up to its high standard. Room was clean and comfortable. Service is good. Safe was provided for safekeeping. Will come back here again in the future.

Thank you so much Ibis. I never expected that the service will be so impressive. The receptionist and the bellboy were really friendly and always smiling and also the restaurant's staff. I remember having trouble with the lock of my baggage and phoning the reception for a super glue, and its delivered to my room in less than 10 minutes. All are positives, we love everything, the room is super clean, breakfast is simple but delicious (We stay 5 nights, but never get bored on the breakfast), Staff are super friendly and nice. The hotel also provide Tuk Tuk shuttle to BTS every 30 minutes, which is very convenient. Hopefully I can visit Bangkok again soon and stay with Ibis again.

When I arrived the hotel, they told me, the booking was due to credit card issue. And I didn't get any emails about this issue. I had to pay normal charges. And they also have 2000thb security deposit, which was not documented anywhere also the rooms weren't sound proof. Lot of noise from other rooms Not a good choice to stay next time
