Why only 3 out if four. Hotel is fine but we decided to upgrade room to an apartment. After a few nights a man (I will not bame here) came from hotel late at night and told us we had to move back to hotel because they found electrical problem. At this point we had purchased food and other supplies which would be useless to us in hotel as no kitchen there. So I asked what compensation. He said would refund entire upgrade cost including nights already spent in apartment so we agreed. When I asked for it in writing he started to backpeadal saying he needed to speak to GM (up untill that moment we assumed he was GM). Anyway long story short I spoke to GM who agreed to the full refund. A lot of my vacation time was wasted on this but apart from that we enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast v basic so we went out. Room service food was nice.

Kingston is good in general except if you are travelling via public transport with large luggages. It is quite a bit of a walk between the BTS/MRT station (both Nana/Asoke/Sukhumvit) through the road with poor and bumpy sidewalks. Your luggage needs to go on and survive tarmac/asphalt and uneven bumpy side walks which is intermittently curbed. However, if you are arriving and departing the hotel by car, then not an issue.

This hotel is perfect, I stayed here for 8 days from 27th July to 3rd August 2023 for vacation, and I was given the best room with good furniture and the right price. The employees here are very nice and very helpful. Its location is close to Terminal 21 and makes it a great base for sightseeing around Sukhumvit. Thank you for your hospitality during my stay there.

I booked the Kingston suite hotel and they said they upgraded to accommodation for free. I thought it would be better but no. The room is quite big but ancient & the smell is bad. Very disappointed ☹.

I booked 2 singles bed but then they end up put me in a double bed and in an old condo next door, with no signal TV, since no room left in the main hotel building. I will never come back or suggest this hotel to anyone else!

ห้องเป็นไปตามรูปนะคะ แต่ตึกที่ได้ไปอยู่เป็นตึกคอนโดห้องมีกลิ่นอัป กลิ่นสี ถ้าเปิดกระจกทิ้งไว้กลิ่นดีขึ้น กระจกไม่มีการเช็ด และพบลูกแมลงสาบ แอร์ค่อนข้างเสียงดัง ลิฟดีนะคะรวดเร็วมี 2 ตัว รักษาความปลอดภัยดีค่ะ

Several problems on so many levels that this hotel is a health and safety issue. I check in and relax in my room the front desk makes keys for some other guests who walk in to my room! I go for breakfast and after half way to my bread I find it has green mould in it! For the second day I go to my room to find used cushion slopes on the floor as a used soap next to my bed! When I write to the management of the hotel a just get a standard reply that they will check with their staff like this will ever happen. All due to bad management and no follow up from the staff at all. Worst hotel experience in 15 years in Thailand.

The hotel was very nice and the service is good. The executive room was very big and the facilities were in good working order. The staff at the reception were efficient but only thing is they need to smile more and greet guests in the morning. The location of the hotel was not that great and it took about 15mins walk to get to the nearest bts station at Asok. Even though there was a tuk tuk shuttle it was not so convenient. Breakfast was basic and adequate. I would recommend this suite to others.
