Very disappointed and angry that all the main facilities are not available as advertised. We would not have chosen this resort if we had know this beforehand. Bar and restaurant closed at 3pm so no chance of enjoying a drink by the beach or pool. No massage facilities (closed), no 24 hour room service as advertised, no mini bar as advertised. The list could go on and on. Restaurant at breakfast dirty cutlery and damaged chipped plates. Not enough staff to provide good service. I felt sorry for the one server who had to work alone during breakfast. Just a very poorly run resort which is advertising facilities that it doesn't have. In my opinion this is cheating people out of money as other hotels in the area have the facilities advertised available at a similar price. Very disappointed and we are awaiting a refund from app.

Wifi​ signal in bad building, like loose, cable tv, bad picture.

We were there at 3 PM but the rooms were not ready. After got to the rooms, one of them were smell bad and floor was not clean. The air con did not work well. I was asking to change the room at the end we got everything set up by 4:30PM. I asked for late check out and the front office said that I can have late check out at 2PM in following day. I got phone call at my room at 11:50AM in following day asking if we want to check out now. Totally did satisfy.

Close to the sea, clean rooms, pleasant to sleep, complete facilities.

Checking in was difficult, reception messed up my booking. And forcing me to pay again in a higher prices. (I had to contact the agency myself to sort it out) Housekeepers are fantastic, the room was so clean. Garden is green and beautiful. Breakfast was also good.
