The location is quite strategic. Near mrt samyan station. Near to MBK (15 minutes walk), Seven Eleven is also nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable hotel lobby. The hotel room is also very comfortable and clean. Thank you for your service.

The room is spacious, with a nice bidet closet. The breakfast was monotone, with the same menu for three consecutive days. Even though the location is a bit far from the downtown where people shop, the hotel is just 500 meters from the MRT station, so we can travel easily to Siam Paragon and Jodd Fairs, the two most attended spots in Bangkok. The swimming pool is open from 0600-2200. I suggest you purchase a Premier Room as they provide a free minibar.

Hotel room nice clean but the service is not polite, and not flexible. We paid breakfast but due to we have late follow hotel city tour, the waiters not friendly and not give us take away breakfast.

The accommodations are ideal because they are close to the place I wished to visit. The hotel desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff all provide excellent service. I have stayed at the Mandarin Hotel previously. But the quality of the breakfast food has declined. The cuisine, particularly daily fried noodles and fried veggies, is flavourless and taste awful. When it comes to breakfast, I think the cooks have changed; It was disappointing.
