Room beautiful Lanna style. Coming to Chiang Mai to Hat Yai The saltwater pool is awesome. The staff are courteous, smiling. All inclusive It is very good that I recommend feeding should be universal. And get halal food to be very good It is convenient to a variety of guests.

Is a new hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere All good service staff There are 2 sets of breakfasts to choose from. There are also other buffets for scooping. The swimming pool is clean, nice to play. The atmosphere at the pool at night, romantic, good, very like. The room is very comfortable, has everything. Soft-large bed There is a balcony outside to sit and chill. TV. Connect the speakers to the bathroom. 555 would like to say that I secretly removed it. Come next time, definitely stay again. If you like chill, like to relax, stay here, try it and you will like it.

Stayed 2 nights here, room with breakfast. Staffs are very friendly. Room is spacious bed are comfortable! Love the bathroom, with bath tub and it's so spacious! The only down side is their breakfast, good offer till 1pm, but the food are very salty for my taste. Not sure about others. We used grabcar to travel around. There's a shortcut at back of the hotel can link u to d nearest 7-11.

I really enjoy my stay in this hotel. Hotel is clean and staff is really friendly. I really appreciate that I can do early check in (around 10 AM) because we kind of sleepy and tired when we arrive and with a lot of our destination is affected by the rain and flood there is really not much we can do if we need to wait until 3PM (standard check in time). Check in process is really quick and easy, we need to pay 1000 THB for deposit (I think this is standard in Thailand) and they can keep our luggage / bag if we decide to go sightseeing before we check in. I manage to try their public pool, overall it's clean and a bit unique in my opinion because you can enjoy a drink since there is a bar within a pool, it's also open until night time so you have more time to enjoy the pool. Location is bit far from city center but it's still within walking distance (around 1km to Lee Gardens Plaza). There is nearby 7-Eleven which we can easily access using hotel backdoor. Overall I really like the hotel and I recommend this hotel if you don't mind the distance to city center and I will consider to book this hotel again if I travel to Hat Yai again.

The accommodation is comfortable, clean, has enough parking, reasonable price. The young staff are very good and smiling. If there is a chance to go to stay again. What would you like to improve? 1. Breakfast line There are quite a few to choose from, no salads. 2. Room balcony door. Very difficult to open/close, making a loud noise, probably because the door is made of wood and should swell.

Impressed since answering questions via Facebook Messenger, no matter how to change the room back and forth They are willing to answer questions and are willing to serve very well. When it really arrived, while it was raining, the reception staff from the moment we got off the taxi. by bringing an umbrella to spread Take good care so that we don't get wet at all. They also help to carry things for us. Reception, both in front and in the dining room, are all smiling. Take good care of us and respect us in everything. Breakfast has a variety. Delicious. Stay for both the pool view and the garden view. The view is very good. It's a very impressive Valentine Trip. 😊

The new hotel has screening measures for COVID-19. The staff are polite, courteous, the room is very good, the air is cool and the bathtub is comfortable. The water is strong and very hot. The breakfast is delicious and the menu is switched. Overall, I'm impressed.
