Had a great time at this resort! Staff was amazing, helpful and friendly (especially Oh and O). I came to relax and that's what I did. After the first room I was in had a maintenance issue, I was quickly moved to a new, wonderful room. The hotel pool was newly renovated and the view was gorgeous! The beach was nice too. If I didn't want to eat at the resort, I went to the village at the base of the hill and ate there at the restaurants. If feel like you want to explore more of the island, you can book tours from here. I would certainly return to the Panviman!

The service was too bad.
We got back from a party on 2AM. The hotel is on a mountain. Asked the hotel to bring tuk tuk. Watied for 20 mins, nothing. so we mount the mountin which was very hard.
Another case we ordered a towel from the room service. Took 3 hours ( after complaing thats it is took too long time)
Another case, tried to call the guest service. No answer for 1hr.

This is a really beautiful hotel. Sublime location with a lovely restaurant on the pretty sandy beach, a second restaurant for breakfast with wonderful views and lovely landscaping. Our spacious room had a very large balcony with sea view. Staff were all wonderful and the food delicious with frequent beach entertainment at dinner. The hotel is a short walk to the cute little village with plenty of shops & restaurants. A fabulous hotel !!!!

We stayed at a room with sea view and it was astonishing. Great experience and the staff is very accommodating. Breakfast was good. The speed of the shuttle that takes you everywhere (big hotel) is very good, you call and they are there in a few minutes. Highly recommended hotel. The area is very relaxes and not much to do, we went there for 2 nights so it was more than enough.

Beautiful resort, peacful location, warm hearted staff that treated us with respect and kindness during our stay and when we were leaving. The rooms with the view to the sea are big, and comfy, a realy relaxing days we had. The resort is far from the HadReen but we didnt care. And if we needed something we just stoped at 7/11 near the enterence of the resort, and there is a small and sweet village near by

Excellent location! The ferry pick up service from Samui was fantastic. The hotel itself needs updating. Our room, a pool room, was located in a good spot near reception. The pool needed a good scrub, there were dirty marks around the entire pool and spa. There was a pool man who came every other day but only to scoop out leaves. The lock on our door of our room was quite difficult to work and the seals around the door were all torn so didn’t keep out mosquitos. We did have a mosquito net, a plug in and citronella spray but the bugs could still get in. We were also only given one key and when we asked to get another so my partner and I could leave the room to do different things if we wanted, we were told there was only one key? This was frustrating as we couldn’t go anywhere alone or if we wanted to, we would have to leave the door unlocked. We stayed for 8 nights and asked if another key could be cut, but to no avail. Although the staff were lovely and tried to help, they need to be able to speak basic English to work at a resort. The gym is great but really needs air conditioning. The restaurants make great cocktails, but the food is only average. There is a great little street near by with an excellent selection of food. The resort looks a lot better in the photos than in real life.
