Please note that Phuket Orchid Resort will be doing routine maintenance work on the giant slippery slider and the children’s (kid’s) pool in September. The exact details are as follows : 01 – 15 Sept : Giant Slippery Slider at the lagoon pool, the lagoon pool will still be open for use. 15 – 30 Sept : Children’s (Kid’s) Pool, the pool will be closed during this time. Surcharge: Compulsory Gala Dinner will be applied for all arrival on 24 and 31 December

Good accommodation, clean, comfortable, except some parts of the bathroom have black stains accumulated on the floor corners of the room. The food tastes very bland, not much variety, the salad leaves are bruised and not fresh. The children's slide opens too late for children to play. It opens at 10 am. And when booking the wrong day on the app, you can't really change the check-in date according to the app. Be careful with booking.... Even if you look at the day well, if there is a mistake, you have to book again. And you can't really choose the day according to the app. The system doesn't help customers. Even if the day is still available in the system, you have to pay again.

Suitable for children Wide children's pool There are a lot of toys, a kidclub and a playground. The kids like the rooms. They look a little dated but clean. Breakfast is plentiful but people are very crowded. As for the adult pool, there is a very large slider to play with. The pool is very beautiful.

Accommodation fees are not considered cheap. But the service starts from checkin. No staff recommends the way to the room. The big pool and slider of hotel are great. I stayed in pool access room with another pool near slider. I have spent almost time with them. As well as hotel has good location that near the beach and many restaurant. However there are old facilities and bad smell in the room. Breakfast is fair because they has a little kind of food.
