The hotel is clean, spacious, decorated simply but beautiful and convenient. The room is clean, has a small balcony and a cool view around. I am very satisfied with this experience and Prime Town will always be my number 1 choice when coming to Phuket

The room is very clean, cool air, there is a parking space as well. Super comfortable The view behind the room is very beautiful. Taken when the rain stops. Below the lobby there is a 7-11 kiosk to choose from a lot of food. But there is no hair dryer and we are not serious about it. If there is a full 10 rating, we give more than 10. I love it.

Location is terrible far from everything, had to pay one thousand bhats from airport to the hotel, it is in the midle of nowhere. Bad service they can't even provide extra water and they charge 1,000 bhats deposit.

Employees speak badly. Not suitable for service There's a facial expression. There is no hair dryer in the room. Had to call the front desk to get it for me.

Very dirty, the smell of the pillowcase is like they haven't changed it. Won't stay again. Contacting employees is difficult. When I came, the employees didn't look welcoming to guests. Overall is dirty.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, customers. The hotel would like permission to explain as follows. The hotel staff confirms that pillowcases and sheets are changed every time. The smell may be caused by clothes that have not yet been dried properly. This is after Knowing about the problem, the employee himself immediately changed the room for the customer. As for other feedback, the hotel will use it for improvement. Thank you.

กล่องใส่สบู่และยาสระผมพัง ไม่มีการซ่อมหรือเปลี่ยนใหม่ ต้องเปิดฝากล่องแล้วเอามือล้วงสบู่กับยาสระผมมาใช้ พักห้องสำหรับ 3 คน แต่น้ำเปล่าให้มาแค่ขวดเดียว ขอเพิ่มก็โดนคิดตัง
