The resort offers chargeable shuttle services from/To Krabi Airport to the resort, or from the pier to the resort, and guests who wish to use the service must make an arrangement and confirmation with the resort in advance. Kindly contact the resort directly for further details.
2.Please note that the hotel does not accept a third party credit card for any bookings. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.
3.Rates on 24 December 2022 include Buffet Dinner for 2 people. Extra people will be additionally charged by the hotel. (Excluding alcohol, soft drinks, beverages)
4.Rates on 31 December 2022 include Buffet Dinner for 2 people. Extra people will be additionally charged by the hotel. (Excluding alcohol, soft drinks, beverages)
5.Please inform Railay Princess Resort & Spa-SHA Extra Plus of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
6.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Call to ask the hotel what time the boat leaves The hotel said that at 3PM, don't let Lethe because the boat set off on time. We went to wait around 2:30 pm. Summary of the boat, departing at 3:30 pm Boat to send customers to Railay Bay Hotel first. And let the people who rest at Railay Princess wait in the boat first, the hotel does not coordinate with the sailors to come to send to Princess. The boat then sent to the pier again. And go back to the hotel again Wasted almost two hours Talked to the hotel in this section But the hotel does not take any responsibility at all Just said that the return journey will be on time exactly. And breakfast, almost nothing to eat Is the worst hotel ever

Lovely receptionist All the staff were very lovely. Sent to the staff room to speak English well. Considered a minority of Thai people But the staff provide very convenient Nong came to help move the room. Is our room air con Upgrade room A lot of breakfast and delicious, good atmosphere, clean overall, like everything. Will definitely come again Fans like breakfast with both western and Thai food.

The room looks better than its shown in pictures. There was a garden right in front of my balcony, sometimes I met unharm monkey and reptiles walking passed by. The restaurant food and breakfast make sure u dont miss it, never expected it tastes that good especially for the duck cooked with lemon I ordered. The island is separated with downtown, it's so peaceful and I can hardly hear a motor or machine sound besides a bird and other animals sound, just perfect. Would definitely come here again.

nice swimming pools especially garden site, comfortable rooms, excellent, helpful and friendly service people, the hotel is excellently located. We accept that construction to some extend is necessary but the construction place especially when it is near to the rooms should be held properly which was absolutely not the case.
