Friendly hotel staff, complete facilities and clean rooms

When a new hotel is built, you can't judge by just looking at pictures. Just think, beautiful pictures and good location, but it doesn't tell you the quality of the building structure or the surrounding environment, such as pictures, smells, sounds, or if there is construction next door, it will be loud. Some rooms may not be soundproof. Hotel review: The entrance is small and deep, in a deserted alley, but the view is beautiful. The staff provides good service, but the room quality is very poor (the price is very high, not worth the quality of the room. Judging from the condition of the room, it looks like a hotel that has been used for many years). My family and I booked and stayed in 2 large rooms, a room on the 2nd floor and a room on the 4th floor, but there was also loud noise disturbance all the time in both rooms. The loud noises are as follows: 1. The ceiling air conditioner is not cool (adjusting it to 18 degrees is not cool, it's as hot as 28 degrees). 2. The noise of the ceiling fan is so loud that we can't sleep. We tried to adjust the air conditioner fan to the lowest setting, but it still sounds like a large cooling system in a factory, similar to the sound of a tunnel ventilation fan, so loud that we can't sleep. 3. The air conditioner vents and air conditioner pipes make a loud noise like someone is knocking on the air conditioner vents all the time, day and night. 4. The walls are not soundproof. Throughout our stay, especially in the middle of the night, there were loud noises like tables or chairs being dragged and people talking. There were loud noises like someone knocking on the floor, doors closing and opening, and the water pipes in the walls making noise all the time. All four of these problems made it seem like I wasn't even on vacation, and it wasn't worth the expensive room rate.

The staff were very attentive, from the front desk to the bellboy. They were very nice. During the day, they knocked on the door to refill the water. The room was spacious and smelled clean. I will definitely go back again when I have the chance.

Quite beach with breathtaking views, pool are wide enough for both private & public one. Friendly staffs who want to help you every time.

We stayed at the villa; The villa was amazing. I could live there. Staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast was a bit disappointing though. Best one would be sticky rice and fried chicken and fried eggs. Overall was good.

Clean rooms, good atmosphere, good service staff. But I want the school can allow customers to have a chill drink in front of the beach that is not the only counter bar

Very impressed, good at everything from the staff training. Good service of customer service. Inside the room, but the body has items for use in everything. Breakfast with 2 items to choose from per 1 person There is a chance to come back to use the service again for sure.

Quiet...suitable for relaxation spending time with family

 The staff are very welcoming since check in. There is a Wellcome Drink as well. Staff help to carry the luggage up the room too. My room is on the sea side view. The room is clean, perfect for relaxing. After getting off from the room a little more, we reach the beach. The private beach is clean, the atmosphere is good. The hotel food is fresh and clean. Food taste needs to be improved. Overall, it is considered good for the price.

Good hospitality, smiling staff, clean rooms, fully equipped There is a free mini bar. There are green tea cakes provided during the stay. The atmosphere is good. The swimming pool is not very big but clean by the sea. Breakfast is not much but variety like. Boiled rice. Boiled with Chinese sausage and tofu.
