Five stars service I would give!!! Staff are very caring and friendly. Welcome drinks and complimentary showed that they care about customers. Room was nice and smelled good. Shower room is clean and provides all items you needed, e.g., toothpaste and toothbrush, comb, etc. There was a balcony for going outside or drying clothes. Good foods and good deal for drinks during happy hours. There was a massage shop right within the hotel -just in case you are lazy to walk. The location is one of the best thing —close to sky train but just a few walk to the park for relaxing or exercise. Totally recommended for anyone, especially family. We stayed here for 4th times now. Excellent place to stay!

2 times stay here and we always love this hotel. Everything you need like hairdryer, bathtub, slippers, toothbrush etc they already prepared for you. it's not pricey hotel but they service really like a 5 star hotel. Good job. thank you royal view resort we'll be back soon here.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rangnam. Food is delicious, the area is not noisy just in front of the park, really perfect for the purpose of our vacation.

This hotel is really good at welcome us. While we were living here, the service was ok. But when we check out, i hate the attitude of receptionists. I just left 2 sodas of them in the fridge but they don't check, so they count us money 80 bath. I have explained for them but they didn't want to hear, they told me go check for myself. So disappointed.

Staffs: very friendly and well trained especially. Breakfast staff (10/10). Breakfast: varieties and very good (10/10). Room: quite old but comfortable mattress, clean and spacious (7/10)
