Samran Place Hotel

The staff at the check-in point provided excellent service. Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of choices and tasted good. The bedroom was a reasonable size. It was close to the BTS, about 500 meters away. There were massage shops, restaurants, cafes, and a 7-Eleven before reaching the BTS.

The accommodation is located on the main road, but the TV is old and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Since the hotel is near the main road so the room is so loud and what surprised me was the room are not sound proof. I couldn't get sleep because of the noise.

The staff are all helpful. Clean rooms. There are scales available in the lobby 😄. Close to Tofu, but if you go to Platinum it's a bit far, as long as you don't go there every day. Grab to Siam Square, Central World is not too expensive either. Close to BTS too.

Feel like home in Samran Place. Very near to BTS and market. Good service and nice staff. Have breakfast at 2nd floor

Experience staying 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel is located in BTS Ratchathewi & Phaya Thai, Muslim street food, Muslim restaurant & mosque. Old hotel but room is very clean & good housekeeping. All hotel staff are very polite and friendly especially to staff Ms. Nana & Mr. Wichai. I will come back again. Thank you.

The room is clean, every day there is a cleaning staff. The equipment in the room is complete, dryer, water. We also offer free breakfast. The location is a bit further than I thought walking out to BTS, however everything was fine. Support staff. Highly recommend!

Very bad experiences, pictures and reality is different, ceiling is short, bath room have very bad smells, hot water for bath very uncertain, reception is not friendly, bath have no comb, no tooth paste, no teeth brush, ... luckily, breakfast still ok. Hotel is not recommended for tourist

The experience of staying here was very pleasant, close to BTS, around the hotel there were a lot of halal food, recommendations, thanks Traveloka.

The hotel room is to my expectation clean & spacious. Easy to get to halal food restaurant. The set back was the toilet. Upon check in the room, when I open up the toilet seat I was dismayed that it was not clean as the last guest left its shit without flusing down! I throw up in the sink and the sink too is not clean. The chambermaid did not check and forgot to clean the toilet maybe in her hurry to clean the room. I complain to the front office and no one came to clean eventhough after 2 calls. In the end I have to clean the sink and pour 2 bottles of shampoo down the toilet before flusing it to get rid of the smell. I complain again at the front desk who just apologies and did not offer other alternative. Since I am only staying for 2 nights, I decided to let it go but warn the front dest to be pay more attention to the complains.

I stayed 4 days. strategic location. old hotel but comfortable, deluxe rooms are quite large, complete room facilities, it's just that the roof of the room is rather low, hotel staff are friendly, there are complaints quickly responded, good breakfast and quite varied. Recommended hotel for the first time to Bangkok.

The room is not the same as the picture. The room is not suitable for the price. There are problems at check-in and check-out. Ironing service. Wrong delivery. Room is OK. Close to many chill shops.

Good service, but probably going to the room extension During the day there was a sound of drilling and hammering. Finished again is 4 o'clock. The night is quiet.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable for the reasonable rate. But I wonder why wasn't there any toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. To me, it is a simple but yet important amenities. And I think you could improve the sensitivity of warm water regulator so that we can have precise heat we desired. Not too hot or too cold. The hotel is located strategically in the heart of the city, only minutes away walking from the nearest BTS station. The staff was nice, friendly and professional. They are always ready and willing to help the guest kindly. The food for breakfast is alright but I think you could improve the variety of the menu.
