This hotel was exceeding my expectation. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast was great, even though the variety of menu was quite limited. Location was great.

Very welcoming staff, early check in with no issues,very new and clean hotel, daily room cleaning service, amazing breakfast daily updated menu, center located close to all amenities. Definitely recommended will visit definitely again. Nice and cool swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

The accommodation is near important places, convenient to go to various restaurants. The staff have service mind in every department, from security guards, receptionists, housekeepers. The room is spacious, new, very clean, has a comfortable desk, has a bathrobe and slippers, most importantly, the bathroom has very strong water flow, suitable for washing hair. I asked for a special breakfast, 2 boiled eggs, and they served it without any reluctance.

อยากฝากปัญหาไปถึงผู้บริหารของโรงแรมเรื่องพนักงานต้อนรับ เพราะมันคือหน้าตาของโรงแรม การที่ให้พนักงานต้อนรับที่พฟุดจาไม่มีหางเสียง ถามอะไรก้ไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่อง ช้า ไม่กระตือรือล้น และ ไม่ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส่ช่วยเหลือแขก นั่งอยู่แค่ในเค้าน์เตอร์ มันแทบจะไม่มีประโยชน์เลย โดยเฉพาะพนักงานที่เป็นทอม และ สาวสอง … น้องพนักงานผู้ชายตัวสูงที่อยู่ด้านหน้าโรงแรม ที่คอยยกกระเป๋าให้ ยังทำหน้าที่ได้ดีกว่าเสียอีก ต้องขอชื่นชมพนักงานชายคนนัันมาก เก่ง / คล่อง ในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ / ช่วยเหลือ แนะนำ และตั้งใจมากๆๆ การเข้าพักช่วงปีใหม่ 3-4 วันที่ผ่่นมา ถ้าไม่/ด้น้องผู้ชายคนนั้น รวมถึงป้า ๆ แม่บ้านที่ทักทายยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส่ คอยสวัสดี มาช่วยทำให้โรงแรมน่าอยู่ขึ้น คงรู้สึกไม่ดีกับ รีเซฟชั่นมากๆๆ

The hotel has plenty of car park as we were renting car. There is plenty of local food within walking distance. The hotel is also close to the beautiful clock tower. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There are good options for the breakfast but the taste wise was average. Overall, I would recommend the hotel and definitely will stay at the hotel again if I revisit Chiang Rai.

Beautiful room, clean hotel, delicious breakfast. smiling receptionist service mind Hotels located near 7-11 restaurants, easy to find things to eat, but on weekdays in the morning and evening In front of the hotel, the car is quite stuck because the hotel is next to the school.

ห้องพักสะอาดดี เตียงนุ่ม บริการดี แต่บางอย่างก็มีติดขัดนิดหน่อย เช่นเรื่องคีการ์ดเข้าห้องไม่ได้ พนักงานไม่ได้แจ้งตอนเช็คอินว่า ถ้าจองคนละบุคกิ้ง2 คืนติด ต้องอัพคีการ์ดอีกรอบ ขึ้นห้องไปเปิดไม่ได้ ก็ต้องลงมาอีกเที่ยวเพื่ออัพคีการ์ดอีก ถือของก็เยอะกะว่าจะเข้าห้องเลย ต้องหอบของทุกอย่างลงมาที่ฟ้อนอีก และ เรื่อง WiFi หลุดบ่อย connect ไม่ต้องเนื่อง

Really great hotel. The room was really spacious, clean and modern. The location was superb in city center. Next to J market (night market) just walkimg distance to city clock tower. It was a great experience to stay at sann hotel chiang rai. Thank you.

Stayed here for 1 night but wished I stayed here longer! Location is right in the centre of action. Hotel is also in a mint condition. Breakfast also quite decent. Would stay here again when I come to Chiang Rai
