เรื่องแรกที่เรารู้สึกแย่คือที่จอดรถ เราเข้ามาจอดในโรงแรมและฝากกุญแจรถไว้บอกจะเลื่อนรถให้ แต่ตอนเช้ากลับขับรถเราออกไปจอดข้างถนนตากแดดแทน ซึ่งเมื่อคืนอยู่ในที่จอด เรื่องที่ 2 ใครจองห้องพร้อมอาหารเช้า ต้องทำใจนพรอนานถึง 45 นาทีถึงจะได้อาหาร สระน้ำใช้ว่ายน้ำไม่ได้ เนื่องจากโรงแรมเอาสระน้ำมาใช้เป็นที่รับประทานอาหารของร้านอาหาร หลังจากทานอาหารเช้าเสร็จ เราก็เดินไปถามพนักงานโรงแรม เรื่องที่ว่าทำไมถึงเลื่อนรถเราไปจอดข้างถนนตากแดด เราก็กลัวโดนล็อคล้อ และเมื่อคืนรถเราอยู่ในลานจอดของโรงแรม พนักงานถามแค่ว่าเมื่อคืนฝากกุญแจใครไว้ ประมาณเขาไม่รู้และไม่ได้แก้ปัญหาหรือขอโทษเลย เราเลยตอบไปว่างั่นขอคอมเพลนหน่อย ทางพนักงานก็ตอบว่าคอมเพลนได้เลยค่ะ เป็นการตอบที่ เราและแฟนรู้สึกไม่ดีมากกว่าเดิม หลังจากนั้นเราก็รีบไปเอากระเป๋าและออกจากโรงแรมนี้ทันที โรงแรมเหมือนจะดี แต่เน้นให้บริการที่ร้านอาหารมากเกินไป ไม่สนใจคนมาเข้าพักโรงแรม และไม่มีการแก้ปัญหาให้กับผู้เข้าเข้าพัก

ทางโรงแรมไม่มีบริการช่วยยกของ(จริงๆ ก็ยกเองได้ แต่แค่เคยไปพักที่อื่นในราคานี้เขามีบริการให้) ไม่มีเวลคัมดริ้งค์ ซึ่งอันนี้รู้สึกว่าสำคัญมากนะ แต่โรงแรมกลับไม่มีให้ ตอนเข้าพักมีช่วงไฟตกไป5นาทีได้ ซึ่งกำลังดูถ่ายทอดสดผ่านจอโทรทัศน์อยู่ทำให้มันขัดจังหวะมากๆ และอีกอย่างพนักงานไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้มเลย คือถ้าจะขายห้องราคานี้ก็น่าจะบริการให้ดีกว่านี้ พนักงานควรพูดจาสุภาพ ยิ้มแย้ม แต่งตัวดูดี แต่ที่นี่บริการเหมือนมาพักคืนล่ะ500 แต่ในส่วนห้องพักโอเคค่ะ สะอาด เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน

ห้องพักสวยมาก ตกแต่งดี มีสไตล์ เตียงนุ่ม แอร์เย็น วิวสวย บรรยากาศดีค่ะ กลางคืนเวลาเปิดไฟแสงสวยมาก ใกล้ศิริราช แนะนำเลยค่ะ

Expensive accommodation Others may have a good review, but this is not. It's not very good with the price of 1550. next to the Chao Phraya River It's still cheaper. The bathroom is small. The guests who come to see me still tell me. The price is 1550, which is the guest who comes to visit. Still not satisfied with the price compared to available room Walking on the opposite side, we still have to walk on our side, which means that we can't do much. Most importantly, we have to book 3 nights as well. Very sad The receptionist looks confused. Parking is available, but you have to park on the side of the road. Call over there and get busy, too, too, but when you meet, there are not so many people that the line is busy all day like that. Before, it's going to be too much, but really, there's still a lot to complain about.
