Location is very good, if you don't mind hearing a plane once in a while. The room was money wise good. The shower curtain is an issue, because it 's inside the shower and had mold. Price quality it was good. I would go again.

We had a good stay. The location is perfect, if you don't mind hearing a plane once in a while. The staff is Friendly and the room was great. We had free coffee, tea and water. Toothbrush and toothpaste was included, soap, …. Only one thing I didn't like: the shower curtain was not clean. It had mold on top. I don't understand why they put curtains on the inside of the shower. Price quality it was fine! Would I go back: yes.

I have been waiting at the hotel lobby for the past 1 hour. I’ve seen 10+guests checkout right in front of me but I’m still having to wait over an hour. When I requested clearly I want check in at 10am. First and last time at this hotel. Never again. Not even a single staff offered to help carry luggage except a new trainee who was polite enough to realize the standard manners of a service business.

We are deeply apologize for this inconvenience case that you have found during your stay, Refer to the hotel policy for normally Check in time is 14:00 hrs. for the hotel we always try our best for the housekeeping team need to take time for make up the new room, for low season or low occupancy date we always try to assign the guest who required to early check in to the room if possible. But on your case we do really apologized that due to the peak season and we are fully booked so we are unable to assign the early check in room for you as required.
