The room size is reasonable with basic features. However, it 's too dark for a comfort stay. It 's due for a renovation. The staff service was good.

Keycard often has problems. Some of the staff do not speak Thai, making it difficult to communicate with Thais who do not speak English.

The stay is quite okay. But I must say that Maintenance is not well done. Most of the lights in the room isn't working. Overall the location is great and cs is quite good.

Convenient transportation near Terminal 21 shopping mall, within walking distance. Good service staff, clean rooms, complete facilities. Stuck where the room may be a little dark Overall, very ok, worth the price, have a chance to come back to stay again.

Second stay during COVID The first time last year got a good room But this time got a quite old room The bathroom door is damaged, unable to lock, a lot of dust, making the room not clean. But it's ok for this price, but it's good, like the cool air, the bed is soft.

The hotel is a bit old already. Pillows in the room With a strong smell The mattress is too soft. Causing sleep and back pain Shower is not working. Must turn water into the sink. Then sat in the tub Blinds in the bathroom do not work, the room is considered expensive. If compared to other rooms near Bts, Mrt, the rooms here Considered to be far from the skytrain station

The first impression is really fun .. br to the htl this is the receptionist who is not very friendly ... .. You can check in later, but the room is still not ready ... spreiny messy and on the desk ms mess even though Uda at 3 pm when I check in ... Not recommended really ... Luckily when I check out when the receptionist is more friendly ... won't stay in this hotel again if you go to Bangkok ....
