receptionist Terrible service Worst experience in life taking family All along the walkway there is lizard excrement. Plus the staff didn't tell us where to stay. It was considered the only and last time with this hotel.

พนักงานหน้าฟร้อนไม่น่ารักเลือกบริการกับต่างชาติไม่ให้ความสำคัญกับคนไทย เลือกบริการเสริฟผ้าเย็นกับน้ำให้ต่างชาติแต่กับคนไทยไม่มีพูดไม่ดี อากาศร้อนมาก เราเปิด3ห้อง เสียดายเสียความรู้สึก ก่อนหน้านี้เคยมาพัก 2ปีก่อนพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนน่ารักทุกคน ให้บริการดีมาก ครั้งนี้เราเลยมาพักอีกเพราะเราคาดหวังว่าจะดีเหมือนครั้งก่อน แต่แย่มาก ส่วนพนักงานยกกระเป๋าพูดเพราะน่ารัก ยิ้มแย้ม

ดีมากๆๆๆครับ ที่พักสวยงาม เกินราคาไปเยอะมาก บรรยากาศค่อนข้างสงบเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน พนักงานน่ารัก อาหารเช้าดีแบบมากมากถึงมากที่สุด สระว่ายน้ำมี 2 สระสวยงาม ฟิตเนสอาจไม่ได้มีให้เล่นเยอะเน้นแก้เบื่อพอได้ การเดินไปทะเลไม่ใกล้มากแต่ก็เดินได้ครับ โดยรวมถ้ามี10ให้9.5เลยครับ

Friendly staff of lobby and breakfast, but my first room (room 8112 as I remember) very disappointed! Because many defects such as AC very noisy as I seem some part of iron broken be high the filter, Insect eggs/weevil at the luggage place, bathroom frame wooden decay, edge at the ceiling the few's points needs asap fix in the bathroom, spots stained of linen, pillow dirty, mosquitoes in the room and sand at bed room floor, after that I call to lobby for ask room change and staff ask me Why? after I told she ask me to take the photos of those defects! So all the photos I was send to hotel Facebook messenger, and thank you for responded by sorry and ask me for email & telephone so that they can get from preregistration card but they didn't.

บรรยากาศดี สวยงาม ร่มรื่น ห้องพักดี มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ แต่อยากให้เพิ่มความสะอาดในห้องพักดีขึ้นไปกว่านี้ เพราะบางจุดในห้องน้ำ ยังมีคราบสกปรก พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส บริการดี อาหารเช้าไม่แย่แต่ก็ไม่โดดเด่น โดยรวมถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่าย และได้รับความพึงพอใจ
