Hotel is so nice. the location of the hotel is very good. There are spa, small coffee shops and also 7-11 next to the hotel. For convenience, they have shuttle bus services to patong beach also. All staffs were welcome with smiley. The room was so clean and new. I requested for honeymoon decorations. They gave us a very nice and good room, also decorating the bed with flowers and whales towels that was so cute! Specially thank you to Khun Fah FOM for upgrade the great room for us and Khun Kom, Assit FO for sincerely helps and all information of the hotel. If you looking for nice hotel on your holiday, I proudly to recommend this hotel. 👍

The front office staff is very unfriendly, this is the first time I have met FO staff who are very, very unfriendly. It's a shame because overall the hotel is good, breakfast is also delicious, the location is good and the hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool on the rooftop, are very good. It's just the FO staff that annoys me. I checked in on June 30 2024 at 3 pm with a woman and didn't wear a name tag so I didn't know her name. When checking in, his face was unfriendly and arrogant and his treatment towards guests was not like someone who works in a hotel.

Nhân viên ok lắm, hướng dẫn tận tình còn giới thiệu cho tụi mình nhà hàng ăn ngon là number6. Khách sạn này mình đánh giá tổng thể rất chu đáo và tinh tế, ở phòng ăn sáng là có biểu đồ giờ nào đông giờ nào vắng cho khách chủ động, có cả cân hành lý, bán sim, bán cafe, đồ ăn đầy đủ. Đến phuket nên ở khách sạn này vì di chuyển thuận tiện đến cf viewpoint, old town, chợ đêm patong,.. hoặc đi tour đảo phi phi. Chỉ có điểm trừ 1 điểm là toilet thiết kế không tốt lắm nên hơi bị ẩm

Kolam renang rooftop bagus, kamar bagus, bersih, cukup luas. Sarapan juga enak. Dari hotel ke Banzaan Street Food Market lumayan jauh jika berjalan kaki, sekitar 15 menit. Di depan hotel ada toko jual baju pantai. Di sekitar juga ada minimarket

The hotel is nice, clean and the location is very good on the side of the road, close to Bangla for transportation which is also easy, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. There are some amenities that need to be requested in advance (but that's the rule in Phuket), near minimarts and pharmacies. Very happy and great service. Thank You

My name is Nuttaput Phiwluang. I was stay with hotel only one night on 24th Sep 2022, we are parties of 4 Paxs (202/203). We really love with kindness of professional team member there, also very high energy of work. Positive, Over all is good, Nice view at the roof top pool and bar. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice. Improve, On the first day check in I was getting checking to the room is occupied. Appreciated that team was action immediately to swap my room. Need to touch up, Even at the roof top pool and bar really great view and a lot of great condition but do not have any toilet at the floor. I would love to present humble recommend to have a look on this topic to be success. Well suggest and re-turn to stay again,
