Always stay here whenever I'm in Bangkok. Used to book the room with balcony but now they charge way too expensive for the balcony room 😭.

มาถึงเที่ยงขอเชคอินพนักงานให้รอคนเชคเอ้าก่อนบอกว่าประมาณ5-10นาทีนั่งรอเกินครึ่งชั่วโมง มีเด็ก 1 ขวบมาด้วยแทนที่ได้ห้องแล้วจะรีบเอาคีย์การ์ดมาให้กลับต้องรอถึง 2ชั่วโมง หรือเข้าบ่ายสอง มาพักที่นี่หลายครั้ง จองแต่ห้องเล็ก แต่ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งแรกที่จองห้องเกือบใหญ่สุด เพราะเป็นวันเกิดลูกและเพิ่งเดินทางไปฉีดวัคซีนมาในตอนเช้า พนักงานไม่มีจิตใจด้านการบริการ แม้แต่จะเรียกไปเชคอินทั้งที่ไม่มีแขกเชคเอ้าแล้วและรอมานาน หรือเมื่อห้องพร้อมแล้วนำคีย์การ์ดมาให้กลับต้องให้รอประมาณ2ชั่วโมงทั้งที่มีเด็ก 1 ขวบมาด้วย ไม่ประทับใจเลย

ห้องพักดีมากก เตียงนุ่ม สะอาด พนักงานทุกคนสุภาพ บริการดีค่ะ ที่จอดรถจอดได้หลายคัน ที่ชั้น 1 มีคาเฟ่ หน้าโรงแรมมีรถตุ๊กตุ๊ก แต่ถ้าหากจะใช้บริการแท็กซี่อาจจะต้องเดินนิดหน่อยค่า
