จะขอพูดในกรณีที่เจอเองนะคะ ไม่แน่ใจว่าคนอื่นเจอไหมแต่ตัวเราเจอค่ะ เอาเรื่องตัวโรงแรมก่อนเราไปพักครั้งแรกค่ะสำหรับโรงแรมนี้ตัวโรงแรมโอเคและใกล้ไนท์บาร์ซ่า กาดหลวง เป็นต้นเดินทางสะดวกดีค่ะ เราไปพักสามวัน คนเดียว อาหารไม่ได้ลองทานค่ะเลยไม่สามารถรีวิวได้แต่จะรีวิวสิ่งที่เจอและแยกๆ เป็นกรณีไป ห้องที่พักอยู่ชั้น 2 ภายในห้องมีทีวี ห้องอาบน้ำแยกส่วนเปียกส่วนแห้ง แต่ยุงเยอะมาก ความสะอาดโอเคค่ะมีบริการทำความสะอาดให้ทุกวันหรือตามที่เราต้องการ อีกเรื่องคือแอดมินที่คอยประสานงานและแนะนำเรื่องตั่งต่างเราไม่ทราบค่ะว่ามีแอดมินกี่คนประจำโรงแรมนี้ แต่คนที่เราไม่โอเคคือคนที่เป็นผู้หญิงเพราะเขาตอบคำถามไม่ชัดเจนอะไรเลย ตอบแบบทิ้งๆ ขว้างๆ เข้าใจก็ดีไม่เข้าใจก็ช่างสิประมาณนี้ ส่วนแอดมินผู้ชายตอบชัดเจนดีค่ะ กรณีต่อมาคือของเราหายค่ะ เป็นขนมที่อยู่ในถุงและวางไว้ในห้องไม่ได้แตะต้องเลยตั้งแต่วันที่เช็คอิน จนวันที่ต้องเอาของไปให้ญาติผู้ใหญ่ที่อยู่ที่เชียงรายกลับพบว่าเหลือไม่ถึงครึ่งที่มีรวมทั้งหัวไดร์หายค่ะเราแจ้งแอดมินของโรงแรมไปแล้วแต่สิ่งที่ได้รับกลับมาคือไม่แสดงเจตนากระตือรือร้นกับของที่คนเข้าพักต้องมาหายที่นี่เลย ตอบแบบไร้ความรับผิดชอบสร้างความรู้สึกแย่แก่คนเข้าพักแบบเรามากค่ะหรือเห็นเราเป็นเด็กเลยไม่กระตือรือร้นจะชี้แจงหรือแสดงความรับผิดชอบอะไรหรอคะ แค่แสดงว่ากระตือรือร้นก็เพียงพอแล้วแต่นี่ตอบแบบทิ้งขว้างมาก เสียความรู้สึกมากค่ะ ส่วนพนักงานที่น่ารักก็มีนะคะ เพียงแต่ที่เราเจอค่อนข้างไม่โอเคกับความรู้สึกของเราค่ะ ถ้าไม่คิดมากเรื่องการบริการว่าจะเจอคนแบบเราก็ไปพักกันได้นะคะเพราะตัวโรงแรมถือว่าเดินทางไปไหนมาไหนสะดวกดีจริงค่ะ
