I love this hotel. It's very nearby from many tourist places such as mall or restaurant. There's a lawson in the hotel so we can easily buy anything including souvenir there. There's also a seven eleven next to it. The hotel lobby was very nice. I guess it has just been renovated. I came on Oct and there's a halloween decor which is super cute ❤️ The room is very spacious and clean. There's a bathtub. Worth the price! All of the staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice and they support us but some of the guard at the door may not be so serious because I went there with my friend who also a girl but there is no one help us with our luggage, btw it was very nice.

The hotel is conveniently located within the city, providing easy access to popular tourist attractions and shopping centers. However, there are areas that require enhancement, particularly regarding the facilities and room interiors. The design appears dated, with a lack of electrical sockets near the headboard. Additionally, the bathtub and sink show signs of wear, including cracks, and there are occasional issues with water clarity. Nevertheless, my overall experience at the hotel was enjoyable.

Amazing time staying at this hotel! The room is very spacious and clean. I feel the amenities also very complete and all works well. The disadvantage is only on the location, that we need to walk around 500m-1 km to reach the public transport and to go to the main area such as chinatown and siam center/mbk.

THe hotel staff were very helpful and professional. While the room was a little old it was large, well furnished, clean with good air conditioning and plenty of hot water. The pool was very nice and the gym while a little dated was adequetly equiped for a good workout. The location is very central for shopping and sightseeing and overall a good choice for a few days in Bangkok at a reasonable price.

It ' s labelled as a 4 star hotel but the building and interiors are very old. Lots of patches in the toilet, central lighting but some of the functions don't work. The room is quite dark. I requested a master bed but got a double bed instead. The mattress is horrible and has to be replaced at once. The location is quite strategic but not near the BTR or MRT stations. Lots of street foods at night across the road and a 7-11 next to it. The staff are friendly but not that helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to asking about train stations. A good place to stay if you don't mind all these flaws and a good price for an old 4 star hotel.

Great view, reasonable location. The lobby is very fragrant and modern. The classic room style is a bit contrasting but not too old, clean and cleaned every day. There is hot and cold water and wifi with full amenities. Friendly and enthusiastic staff 100 points

The room is good. Wide and comfortable. There is a sink in the bathroom that can adjust hot and cold water. There is shampoo, soap, cream, hair dryer, kettle, and refrigerator. The swimming pool is also good. The service staff is very good. But on the day we went to stay there were many foreigners. We've had enough of the Chinese tour, so it's noisy. Knocked on the wrong room several times It's a bit disturbing, but I understand that it's not related to the school. Overall, I really like it.

The room is really big. The staff is friendly. The location is a bit far from Platinum Mall & Pratunam Mall. Can't walk, have to take a 200bhat tuktuk.
