Bad experience. From food being so bland (2nd day was a bit better) to being accussed of taking laundry bag. We did not take it (and why would we taking a laundry bag) and the charge us for 200 baht for this. Super super ugly service from a hotel claimed to be 4 stars.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, swimming pool, like it very much, good service staff, recommended, stick only, breakfast is a bit less, maybe because of low season, understandable, overall is ok.
