ทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยดี แต่อยากจะให้โรงแรมแก้ไขในเรื่องคีย์การ์ด เพราะหากมาพัก2คนควรมีคีย์การ์ดให้2ใบ แต่ก็ได้คีย์การ์ดเพียง1ใบเท่านั้น เนื่องจากวิถีการใช้ชีวิตของลูกค้าแต่ละคนมันไม่สะดวก เช่น เวลาลงมาทำธุระข้างล่าง(หากลงมาเพียงคนเดียวทิ้งอีกคนไว้ที่ห้อง) จะต้องถอดคีย์การ์ดที่เสียบในห้องออกมาเพื่อแตะขึ้นลิฟต์และเข้าห้อง ทำให้คนที่อยู่ในห้องใช้ไฟฟ้าไม่ได้หรือเวลาที่หลับต้องตื่นมาเปิดห้องให้..

Great hotel to stay near to Suvarnabhum Airport. This hotel just a few minutes walk from HuaMak station. Big room with sofa cool aircon TV cables everything is great. Near to 7-11 also.

I booked accommodation through the app and already confirmed the room. But the hotel staff told me to wait for another 30 minutes of confirmation documents, which I consider to be a non-service customer response. When booking is complete The money has already been confirmed and the customer must wait for another confirmation. While the hotel can prepare rooms Already prepared everything for the customer first Which may fit in the confirmation document The time when Shake was in the evening too.
