City Seasons Suites

Room is great. But their staff behaviors were rude and not friendly. I had an issue with check in because of system error. And they treated you like a beggar/homeless who needs home. From all of staffs, only one who being helpful and gave smile. Room is very big, kitchen, stove, microwave and washing machine available. Parking area is small but ok. It would be perfect if their staffs are human.

Hi, I was stay here for 3 night, instead of 7 night, due to covid19 outbreak and our government asked to back to our country before 20 Mar 2020. I knew it, it's not refundable booking. Let's me if any updated policy from hotel or the agent to gent 4 nights refund. stay at home, stay safe everybody!
