HANZ Quynh Giang Hotel

This is my second visit at this hotel , Previous trip I stayed here for 1 week in Superior room , room ok , tidy , clean , but I would rate 6 out of 10 acceptable I don’t like the noise and I saw few Centerpice in the bathroom, luckily my wife did not see it otherwise she will freak out ! Experience from the last time this time I stayed for 2 weeks , I upgrade to Deluxe room with the hope it would be better , But the only difference is the bathroom has more facilities, Tv and skype not working , they will not fix and will not discount , later that night when we moved luggage we accidentally founded out that we just kill the giant Centerpice ! We show the reception of what we saw ! Very fortunate we kill it ! I ask them what if we not move the luggage that night and the Centerpice would lives and haunted us at night and for the rest of our 14 days and they no do refund ! 1 star for rating ! And honest truthful from my experience!

I saw that this hotel is 03 stars on your pages. But actually, just one star and I should be pay more time in order to explained to desk guys. This service is so bad. Please correct one which is level of this. Thank you

When the phone breaks down, the receptionist is indifferent. The room is not soundproofed, I am on the 5th floor that some of you on the 6th floor say 7 and I still listen. Feeling bothered, it probably won't come back

Clean hotel, friendly staff

Bath down the bathroom without shampoo, shower gel. Broken face wash basin. Room without cup. There is no kettle. Refrigerator degraded.

Rooms are spacious and airy but the mosquitoes are a bit large

I called in advance to remind me about the booking information, but there was no prior preparation. Bookings for 3 people but arrange rooms with 1 double bed. The smell of the room is very foul (the smell of water in the room. The air conditioner in the room suffers from water interference but does not repair in time, the water spreads while sleeping. The facilities are too bad, far behind a normal motel.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Reception is enthusiastic, check in on time. Reasonable price deserves a 3-star hotel. Looking forward to the coming years, the hotel still remains as it is now.
