Spacious room, with a bright living room right next to the window, 2 bathrooms, 2-person bedroom with 1 5-year-old baby for 2 6-years-old, very ok
Luxurious room, furniture uses good brands
Coffee/beer bar right next to the beach is very chill, price is also reasonable
At night, if you don't want to eat here, you can move to the fishing village to eat seafood at cheap prices foam, seafood price is also average

I have been to Lan Rung twice, it is very suitable for family vacation, my family really likes it, the staff is enthusiastic and friendly, the breakfast buffet is quite good, the surrounding space is very airy and there is no trash. Recomend for those who like quiet but still have full amenities.

Staffs were nice, but the hotel was not clean, This hotel has poor soundproofing; It's very noisy outside at night. The cleaning is not thorough; They even left behind the previous guest's underwear and haven't changed the towels. But food is good.

I had a terrible experience here and won't be coming back again. The air conditioning system is so bad, it takes more than 3 hours to start the air conditioner but cannot cool the room, it is so hot that my family cannot sleep. When I called the receptionist, I told them to go up to see if the air conditioner was turned on properly. When I went up to check, I told them to ask for technical support while it was almost 12 o'clock at night. After that, I had to ask to borrow a temporary fan to use because it was too hot. Room soundproofing is very poor. The sound of slippers walking from the hallway of the neighboring rooms back into the room can be heard very clearly. The same goes for the sound of vehicles running down the street (even though I'm on the 4th floor and not facing the street). Toilet drainage is poor. If you forget something at the hotel, there is no staff to call to remind you. Wait for the guest to call back to ask and ask again before asking to check again. Overall, won't come back again

Immediately after receiving the information that the air conditioner in your room was not cold, we asked the staff to immediately come and check and provide timely support. At the same time, we also suggested changing the room for your family immediately. However, because there was a small child and it was late at night, you said you did not need to change and only asked for an additional fan.
The resort has also been very active in finding the problem and making immediate corrections to bring a complete experience to your family, however, it has not completely satisfied your family's needs. Once again, we hope for your understanding of these inconveniences and we would like to record the customer history and note that we will arrange thoughtful accommodations to serve and bring a complete experience to your family for your next return.
