I booked the ticket the night before, when I arrived to check in at around 1:30 pm, there was still no room, waited until after 3 pm and still no room, surrounded by many people waiting tiredly to check in, I intended to cancel the room and rent another hotel so my family wouldn't have to wait tiredly. However, no one from the staff came out to offer drinks or arrange seats for guests, really not worthy of the 4-star title.

The hotel reception replied that the bed linen in the room can only be changed when the guest requests it, even if it is dirty, it will not be changed without seeing the guest request it. Wow first time I get such an answer. I know when my 2-year-old baby draws in the menu book in the room, the phone or accidentally draws the pen on the blanket is wrong. But the hotel's penalty fee for cleaning is also too expensive.
