A brand new hotel! Staffs are being trained but they’re eager to learn and polite. The room having balcony looking to the valley is the best choice. Price is reasonable. Food is ok If you stay here, just few steps to many famous and beautiful coffee shops with spectacular view in the top of the hill

Chính sách trẻ em: - Tối đa 2 (hai) em bé dưới 6 (sáu) tuổi nghỉ cùng giường với bố mẹ không tính phí. - Trẻ em từ 6 (sáu) đến 11 (mười một) tuổi phải trả phụ thu theo qui định của khách sạn tại thời điểm nhận phòng là 120.000 VND vào ngày thường cho mỗi bé và có thể thay đổi trong giai đoạn Lễ Tết - Trẻ từ 12 tuổi trở lên sẽ được tính như người lớn bắt buộc kê thêm giường phụ với mức phụ thu là 350.000 VND, tối đa một giường mỗi phòng. Giá phụ thu giường phụ có thể thay đổi vào dịp lễ Tết. Child policy: - Maximum 2 (two) children under 6 (six) ages sharing existing bed with parents without surcharge. - Children from 6 (six) to 11 (eleven) ages sharing existing bed with parents shall be charged VND 120,000 per child upon check in and may be changed during public holiday or Tet. - Children from 12 (twelve) years old shall be charged as adults and must add an extra bed at VND 350,000, maximum one extra bed per each room. When I checked in, I felt completely normal, until I saw that the bed sheets were too dirty, like they hadn't been changed or had stains on them. Because I checked in quite late, I didn't want to bother the receptionist, but the hotel should check the hygiene issue again before letting guests check in, it would be better.

There is construction going on next door so it's a bit noisy. In the morning, the kitchen was cooking and the smell of food wafted into the room. Everything else is ok.

1. The hotel had power outages at least 3 times (unbelievable that such a big hotel could have this happen. 2. The wifi was terrible, really terrible (sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't, sometimes it was too weak) 3. The parking arrangement was not reasonable, so the distance between cars was very large. The staff did not have a car driving license but still asked guests to leave the key to move the car when needed (too risky for both guests and the hotel) 4. The city view was blocked by an abandoned house, making the experience really unpleasant.

At first I was a little disappointed because the pictures online were completely different from the actual room, but after 3 nights here I found it okay, the staff was enthusiastic, they also changed me to a larger room, the breakfast buffet had a lot of delicious and diverse dishes, rich food, very nice view. Thanks! Will come back next time!

Khách sạn có vị trí tốt nhưng dịch vụ chỉ tạm được. Phòng không có khăn giấy, mượn bàn ủi phải gọi đến mấy lần và qua ngày sau mới có. Nội thất khách sạn không được mới.

Mình ở 2 đêm. Đêm đầu cảm thấy không thoải mái, phòng gia đình sẽ ở dưới hầm. Đường xuống nhỏ hẹp, đồ để lộn xộn. Phòng cũ, bí. Nên mình đã up lên phòng gia đình khác có cửa sổ. Phòng đỡ hơn. Nhưng mình không hài lòng đã báo từ ngày đầu tiên mình sẽ chuyển phòng, khách sạn đã xác nhận có phòng. Sáng hôm sau mình báo lại 1 lần nữa rồi đến khi mình về 1h vẫn không có phòng nói đang dọn. Mình chờ 2h chiều mới có phòng. Đáng lẽ mình đã báo trước đó và khách đang lưu trú thì phải được ưu tiên nhận phòng trước. Bé nhỏ nhà mình mệt và buồn ngủ mà không được vào phòng Đồ ăn sáng ít món. Cũng tạm Điểm cộng: Bãi đỗ xe trước khách sạn nhân viên lễ tân bạn nam rất nhiệt tình. Hỗ trợ gia đình
