Thật sự quá tuyệt vời. Resort không phải kiểu hoành tráng để khiến phải wow nhưng thực sự từng chi tiết khiến tôi vô cùng hài lòng. Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện. Bạn Vy lễ tân vô cùng thân thiện dễ thương. Ăn sáng ngon, tôi vô cùng hài lòng. Resort có xe đưa đón đi grand world 24/24, vị trí hoàn hảo nếu muốn chơi ở grandworld, cũng rất gần vin wonder hay safari. Bể bơi to sạch, bãi biển có chèo thuyền kayak miễn phí. Sẽ quay lại đây nếu đến Phú Quốc lần nữa. Một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời với gia đình. Cám ơn resort.

Beautiful room, clean, luxurious, high-class amenities, with airy balcony. The hotel smells good everywhere, the bathroom has a crazy bathtub. Friendly, enthusiastic staff. Private beach, swimming pool. Nothing is missing. Especially the top breakfast buffet. Full of international cuisine, appetizers, desserts are also rich. I like the beverage area the most, fragrant tea. 10 points, nothing like that. Did not disappoint my expectations because I liked it right from the first search.

I don't know if it was the travel agent or the hotel that informed me that the hotel didn't call to confirm my booking. When I contacted the hotel, they told me to book a car 24 hours in advance and said they didn't have my information so I had to take the bus back to the hotel. The experience was really not fun.

Minus: long check-in process, not flexible. Laundry requires a fixed time frame, but the waiting time for washing is also very long. Asked to clean the room for the second time in the day, the receptionist when receiving the request, he seemed very reluctant. Bell-boy wasn't available, so I carried my luggage up to my room and went to the car because of the long wait. Buffet cleans the table for a long time, lacks dishes and glasses, the cleaning staff is very unsupportive. When I went back to Grand World, I asked the hotel to send a car to come early because I had a small child, but the receptionist firmly refused (even though I was leaving, just a few steps from the station), had to wait at the station before starting. driving the car, making the family have to wait for the car for a long time (it rained) even though there were old people and young children. Plus points: Security, buffet area receptionist and babysitting staff ok. Nice room, nice view. Near safari, vinwonder, grandworld, convenient to travel. Delicious and varied buffet. Nice swimming pool, clean sea. Basically the hotel is good but the management and staff training needs to be improved

Chuyến đi của gia đình rất thoải mái tại Radission. Phòng sạch đẹp, rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi và giường rất rộng nên thoải mái khi có em bé ngủ cùng. Buffet ăn sáng đa dạng đến 11h mới đóng cửa. Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Một góp ý nhỏ phòng Kid's Club nên bỏ tivi đi vì các bé vào chơi sẽ không tập trung chơi mà thích xem hơn.

My family and I have fun here. The food is great, landscape is impressive, lots of activities available for kids. Inside the room, furniture is bit old and air-conditioner in living room is not cool enough. Staff is helpful and welcoming, minor complaint on the shuttle from airport didn't pick us up because 10 minutes late of our flight and we were not allowed to shift to the next trip. Hope it can be more flexible next time, it created our 1st bad impression when we start the holidays.

Resort rộng, sạch, đẹp. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, anh tài xế tên Linh đã hỗ trợ chờ mình khi mình bị trễ chuyến bay, bạn Tú phục vụ buffet sáng chu đáo, các bạn nhân viên đều vui vẻ, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ. Đồ ăn sáng ngon, cafe ngon, phòng luôn được dọn dẹp sạch, dịch vụ của resort tốt. Mình sẽ giới thiệu bạn bè và sẽ trở lại.

Resort có khuôn viên và bãi biển đẹp, có xe đạp để dạo vòng khá thư giãn. Phòng mới, đẹp đủ tiện nghi, không có hoa quả mời ngày đầu đến. Hôm nhà mình ở phòng family gần công trường, có vẻ cách âm cửa không tốt nên khá ồn, họ làm liên tục từ 8h sáng đến 12h trưa và chiều cũng làm muộn đến 6h tối, ảnh hưởng việc nghỉ ngơi. Nhân viên thân thiện, luôn tươi cười với khách, nhân viên lễ tân và điều xe điện nhanh nhẹn. Nhân viên sảnh đón chưa bao quát, khách ngồi đợi làm thủ tục check-in đến 10' nhưng không mang nước ra mời, không kéo vali cho khách khi khách đến. Với resort tiêu chuẩn cỡ 4*, 5* như vậy thì chưa oke lắm
