It's really great. The resort is not the grand type to make you wow, but every detail really makes me extremely satisfied. The room is beautiful, clean, the staff is extremely friendly. Vy, the receptionist, is extremely friendly and cute. The breakfast is delicious, I am extremely satisfied. The resort has a shuttle to Grand World 24/24, the location is perfect if you want to play at Grand World, also very close to Vin Wonder or Safari. The swimming pool is big and clean, the beach has free kayaking. Will come back here if I come to Phu Quoc again. A great vacation with the family. Thank you resort.

The food options were extremely limited. Even though the rates are much higher compared to other hotels around they had only 1 restaurant on site with limited food option. There is suppose to be lunch and dineer buffet sonpeople could pay and est. But tis servixe was also closed for 2 mo ths due to low season. Why did they take booking for full board which says room + breakafast+dinner+ lunch whrn they dont have these sevic3s. Moreeve very less staff . U think they cut down on salaries due to low seasosn. How come a radisson brand like this cannotnaffford to to higher more people Overalla a very bad experiences

Breakfast was delicious with so many varieties from Western to several Asian countries. The hotel is near the local attractions and transportation to the area attractions are free. The beach is too dirty and shallow for swimming at Premier but Radisson has an excellent one. We also stayed at beautiful villas at New World. If we come again we may prefer the villas at Radisson, beacuse of the beach and the location

Fantastisch hotel with great rooms at a great place. We like the rooms with a superb bed. a grat TV and a comfortable bath room. Breakfast is very good. The only negative aspekt is that there are too few sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach. At 9:30 a.m. all sunbeds were occupied. We do not understand this as there is of space at the beach and a 5 star chain like Radisson should be able to secure that every guest can enjoy his beach vacation!

They charge everything, meals should be included in the resort, tennis court cost $150k per hour, not much but it should be included, I don’t have any problems to pay extra but every little things will cost me time. In Cancun you would have a lot included in the upfront cost

After traveling around SouthEast Asia for two months, I found myself in desperate need of some R&R. And the Raddison Blu fit that bill to a T. First off, Phu Quoc is a lovely little... um, "large" island in South Vietnam. Is it touristy and a little over the top? Why yes, but sometimes that's exactly what we need. Grand World is basically next door, a mock Venice, complete with river, Gondolas, and waterfront restaurants. It's cute and fun and the Raddison provides a golf cart to take you over and back basically anytime you like. In addition to Grand World, you have VinWonder - which is kind of like a miniature Disneyland. The aquarium there is gigantic and beautiful, and filled with abundant and diverse species of fish. There's also a massive Ferris Wheel, a water park, rides, games, etc... making for a fun day. A free local bus will pick you up and drop you off in front of the hotel, or take a $2 taxi. The real strength of the Raddison is the lovely staff, the peaceful pool, and the gorgeous white sand beach, all within a short walk of your room. They really go out of their way to make you enjoy your stay. So if you need a break from the grind of traveling, or are just looking for an amazing vacation, the Raddison Blu may be for you. The beds are super comfortable, they have plenty of English channels with movies, and their prices just can't be beat!

Generally the pool and beach was great. The service, was pretty good but hard to communicate due to lack of English. It was also quite slow and sometimes we received the wrong items. All In all, it was a pleasant stay and very relaxing, but I suggest employing people that have grasp of English as this was the commonly spoken language for the majority of residents. Thanks 🙏

Hi,any staff not speak any English. For everything you must to waite minimum 1h Had only few sunbed for 1000 and more people . I had sweet reptil in my room . My children ware an different floor and elevetors have not acsses .They will want you 200/300usd for room deposit,and if you will pay with cart (they told me we will return it next 2 month )

It's cute and fun and the Raddison provides a golf cart to take you over and back basically anytime you like. In addition to Grand World, you have VinWonder - which is kind of like a miniature Disneyland. The aquarium there is gigantic and beautiful, and filled with abundant and diverse species of fish. There's also a massive Ferris Wheel, a water park, rides, games, etc... making for a fun day. A free local bus will pick you up and drop you off in front of the hotel, or take a $2 taxi. The real strength of the Raddison is the lovely staff, the peaceful pool, and the gorgeous white sand beach, all within a short walk of your room. They really go out of their way to make you enjoy your stay. So if you need a break from the grind of traveling, or are just looking for an amazing vacation, the Raddison Blu may be for you. The beds are super comfortable, they have plenty of English channels with movies, and their prices just can't be beat!

Generally the pool and beach was great. The service, was pretty good but hard to communicate due to lack of English. It was also quite slow and sometimes we received the wrong items. All In all, it was a pleasant stay and very relaxing, but I suggest employing people that have grasp of English as this was the commonly spoken language for the majority of residents. Thanks 🙏

Hi,any staff not speak any English. For everything you must to waite minimum 1h Had only few sunbed for 1000 and more people . I had sweet reptil in my room . My children ware an different floor and elevetors have not acsses .They will want you 200/300usd for room deposit,and if you will pay with cart (they told me we will return it next 2 month )
