The room is tiny. The furniture is from a very old time. The hot water is not usable. Because the hot water heater is probably from more than ten years ago. In general, if anyone wants to have a really bad experience. There are no chairs to sit on when waiting for check in, so customers sit on the stairs. Because the waiting chair can only seat 5 people, there is no more room. If you want a chair, you have to sit on the patio, but in the middle of the hot Saigon, you can't stand it. The toilet looks so dirty that you don't want to go to the bathroom or take a shower. The air conditioner is probably from a very old time. In general, I will never go back.

I had a late flight from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, I didn't arrive until 2am and checked in at the hotel. Even though it was early in the morning, the staff still helped me, very attentive and thoughtful. Very nice!

The room is a bit old, the curtain can't be pulled down, it takes a long time to unbutton it :)) I wonder, I'm on the 6th floor with only the elevator moving, is my fire protection okay?

The price is not low or high, the price is average but the room is bad and the room cleaning service is too bad, if I don't go down to the reception to ask for cleaning, it won't be cleaned, I have to ask for it to be done otherwise it won't be cleaned every day, the first time I checked in, it was on the 5th floor. The toilet smelled very strongly of sewer so I asked to change rooms, when I went down to the loft, the TV was broken and couldn't be used so I moved to the 2nd floor. The room design is bad, the TV is placed next to the bed so I can't watch it, and the picture is not clear, there is also a buzzing sound from the TV, I have changed 3 rooms, all of them are bad, very boring, there is nothing more to say, I booked for 8 days because I already paid for the room on Traveloka, there is no way to cancel or get a refund, so I try to endure, I hope Traveloka will review their advertising, because the service for customers booking on Traveloka is not honest.

The staff was a bit indifferent and did not take the initiative to drive my bike. The room was clean and comfortable, but the faucet handle was missing, making it inconvenient when washing hands. The air conditioner was old but still cool. The service needs to be improved in terms of staff. Soundproofing needs to be improved because at 2am, people can still hear people talking loudly.
