Everything was awesome. Clean room, beautiful beach and swimming pool. All hotel staffs were super friendly and professional, especially the Bellman named Anh, he was so so nice and helpful. Pretty sure you will be impressive by the service of the resort, everyone try their best to meet your requests. Besides, don't forget to try the restaurant in front of the beach, that's a great experience you should never miss (and again, restaurant's staff is great too). I definitely choose SOL by Melia for the next trips to Phu Quoc. Love xx

The bathroom wall is made of glass and the bed is next to the bathroom wall. The glass has a layer of decal BUT if you shower with the bathroom light on - everyone in the room can see you very clearly. I stayed with my wife and a 5 years old daughter and I had to shower at very late night with no light on - or my wife will take my kid out off the room so I can have shower at daytime. I think the Hotel should install a curtain inside the bathroom wall to make it more comfortable for guests.

Location near the airport, center. Enthusiastic staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good view, big swimming pool but when I went it was under renovation so it wasn't very nice and couldn't take pictures, private beach is okay, sand and water color is not very nice, delicious buffet within the price range

Excellent location for family and couples alike. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very close to Duong Dong commune, the airport, and only 15 minutes ride to An Thoi commune. Breakfast is quite delicious and there are many options. Bedrooms are clean, spacious, and very soundproof. My room on the 5th floor has amazing view of the ocean, the garden, and the infinity pool below. The pool is a must-try on your visit. Overall, very satisfied with my 2-day stay at sol phu Quoc!

Wonderful stay. The grounds were well kept, with tidy rooms and lots of activities to pick from. The restaurants were of good quality & we enjoyed the variety of the breakfast buffet.

tiếp tân Tú đón khách mất quá nhiều thời gian, không mời nước welcome. Tôi hỏi nhắc nhở thì không biết xin lỗi KH. Đặt 3 đêm, thanh toán trước đủ 3 đêm nhưng tiếp tân chỉ set chìa khóa 1 đêm. Đêm thứ hai đi chơi về khuya lên phòng không vào phòng được phải trở xuống sảnh nhờ kiểm tra và set chìa khóa lại mới vào phòng. Đi nghĩ dưỡng mà gặp phải tình huống ntn, quý khách sạn nghĩ ntn?

Breakfast does not have many options, the food is not special, including European dishes and seafood dishes. The restaurant near the beach has a good view but the preparation is not good, the food is not hot, the shrimp are small and we had some problems with the voucher even though we asked the reception and the restaurant carefully. In the end the matter was resolved but of course both parties were unhappy, and in the end we still received no apology. The room was quite clean, but the soundproofing was bad, the upstairs was very noisy and we even heard the next room talking and children screaming. The hotel is beautifully decorated, nice swimming pool, good spa, location near the airport but far from the center, but there is a hotel bus to the center, so it's quite good. The plus point for the service is a small gift on the occasion of the birthday. Hope the hotel improves the quality of the restaurant and trains the staff when something goes wrong!

Hôm nhận phòng thì vắng khách, sau đó thì đông hơn rất nhiều, đồ ăn chán toàn là mấy món bánh ngọt khô khô, lễ tân không xuất sắc, phòng đẹp mát mẻ thoải mái, giá phòng cao, hồ bơi nhìn ổn, nước có vẻ ok, không tắm biển vì nước sóng mạnh, nói chung phù hợp nghỉ dưỡng
