It 's better place to stay when you on business trip.

The best place to go anywhere you want, Near for every place in Pasar Baru, food, drinks, snacks and market,

I got room at same level with restaurant and NOT comfortable cause the windows people walk by can see inside.

This is the second time I have stayed here, but this time I got a room that I think is not good, the AC is not cold and always goes back to 25 °, the room is narrower than the room I previously booked, the bedsheet feels rough and dusty.

I complain 5 times about the hot water, the operator told me to wait 10 minutes and make sure to operate it correctly! After some complaints the hotel staff told me that the hotel are in saving mode, so no hot water until 5PM. But until 10PM the hot water are still not available, they decide to move me to new room, and in new room the hot water only available for less than 15 minutes, after that no hot water at all even until I check out on 7AM, and event the staff are not feeling sorry at all.

Old building and not maintaining well.

Many mosquitos at the lobby and the room furniture, sofa, carpet etc, seems has not been clean for some time. As for location is nice but need to upgrade the maintenance of the facility.
