It was incredible stay in here. Loved with the room. The room was really neat and clean even though I had trouble with the door while opening at first, but the staffs were really helpful. Also the taste of their food was so good. Thank you! Keep up the good work!

The staff very friendly and helpful, but maybe for breakfast menu they have to improve.

Check-in experience was warm and fast! The staff was very apologetic that my room was delayed and not ready by check-in time. Hotel looks grand and exclusive, especially the lobby and restaurant area. However, the room needs more refurbishment as the room accessories are looking really dated. A wardrobe that is not functional, not even to hang clothes reflects badly. Air condition units with tape holding on to its shell. The winner for the whole stay was breakfast experience. It was superb with lots of options to choose from. Pastry and bread section was splendid. I am sure the hotel can do better. I look forward to staying here again if they plan to refurbish.

The bedsheet and pillow sheet is somehow a bit grey to dark. Including the towel. It made me a bit anxious.

Clean, tidy and comfort if you get un the New building (daily room) but not recommended for old building (monthly room). Old building has smokey smell.

Always have problem with parking guy. Everytime we go out even just for dining out it seems like we are a thieves. Which parking fare will be paid when we checked out. So every time we goin somewhere need to be checked to receptionist are we leaving for check out. Different management with parking and so annoying parking guy sometimes he see our car but don’t want to open the gate until we need to begging the gate to be opened. We are tired after long day and too much with that kind of behavior
