Apartment in Kuningan

The AC was not working well and the room was hot. But I didn't inform the front office due to my itinerary only 1 night

Good experience staying at this hotel

Everything is good, I'd like to recommend to y'll for stat here

It is not the best one, but you can stay peacefully so close to the city's business centre with an affordable price

Check-in was fantastic handled by Melanie. Room was splendid. Club lounge service is top notch. Keep it up

The bedsheet and pillow sheet is somehow a bit grey to dark. Including the towel. It made me a bit anxious.

- wifi was slow and unstable.- the white curtain in my room was already torn badly and it made it a bit difficult for me to keep privacy but still letting sunlight in.- the rest was good

Always have problem with parking guy. Everytime we go out even just for dining out it seems like we are a thieves. Which parking fare will be paid when we checked out. So every time we goin somewhere need to be checked to receptionist are we leaving for check out. Different management with parking and so annoying parking guy sometimes he see our car but don’t want to open the gate until we need to begging the gate to be opened. We are tired after long day and too much with that kind of behavior
