We had a very pleasant stay at ascott kuningan jakarta, its a perfect place for staycation. The place is located strategically near the business district of jakarta. Thumbs up for the hygiene and cleanliness of the room. Cozy and luxurious atmosphere is what you get when entering the room. This place also connected to lotte shopping avenue with the resident access card. I only took photo of the swimming pool as I was amazed by the sunset view by the infinity pool. Will surely come back for another staycation in the future.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff are very supporting and humble. I had a problem with my booking earlier on but with the help from Traveloka + the front officers, Mr. Aldo & Me. Gerry that problem is solved satisfactory. My 3 days stays at this place is really enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The Grove Suites by Grand Aston
Didnt have the chance to take photos of the room, but I should say the room is worth the money. Even in the peak season (christmast eve), they still offer reasonable prices with extraordinary hospitality and quality.
I love the breakfast choices. They got Indonesian food, sushi, laksa, and many more.
Definitely will be one of my go-to hotel in Jakarta. Perfect for couple that want bigger spaces, family, and event with friends.

The bedsheet and pillow sheet is somehow a bit grey to dark. Including the towel. It made me a bit anxious.

An Hotel Jakarta
First: The towels are not clean. Second: There are a lot of insects. Third: The bathroom bidet does not work. Fourth: The air conditioner is not cold, only air. Fifth: There is no window or ventilation hole in the room.
