Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel especially Andre who gave us free upgrade of room. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had complimentary birthday cake. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This is the third time we stay at the hotel and it still feels pleasant to visit it every time. You have to take a walk around the hotel in the morning, there are so much thing to see. This place is truly a hidden gem in lembang area. The entrance road is quite small for two cars and there was a steep elevation. Entrance gate into the resort was also small nearly unnoticeable, but once entered inside the design and layout of the resort is quite beautiful and neat. Parking area was quite spacious, fit for 15-20 cars. There are several tent located strategically facing a valley with great view. I stayed with my family at the Svada tent, it was comfortable. The bathroom was especially clean and well maintained. If possible I would have opted for the cabin but at that time it was not available yet. This place is a very good place to have family gathering because the facilities are very diverse: pool table, badminton, trampoline, ietc.

President suite was very satisfactory! Wide glass window with direct view to the forest. Watched a few of squirrels on the trees, fun time for the kid! Jacuzzi was fine too! Only the bathroom ceilings is a bit scary at night as it was full glass ceiling. Overall very satisfied and value for money!

Nice location, beautiful mountain view and it's cool. This is not new hotel but it's well maintained and clean. Swimming pool is clean and there is wide playing ground for children. Close to nice culinary place and recreation: Tahu Susu Lembang and new Liwet Sundaneese resto. Also not far from strawberry picking tourist sites. Breakfast menu is various and nice.

This hotel is very near with the center of Lembang. The hotel is very clean and satisfying, except the breakfast. The foods needs to improve for its taste, its restaurant itself (more spacious would be fine), and cleanliness in restaurant. But overall already good to stay around Lembang.

It's a pleasant stay here. Check-in was quick and the room was great. Large room and no additional fee for our 2 children. But, there's additional charge for breakfast if more than 2 people. Also, the addition charge is valid for swimming voucher. I like service because they provide our special request. Don't hesitate to come here. There're a lot of spots to take pictures.

The food is amazing. Ayam goreng was really good! The room was nice and big. I got half the price and I think its really worth to try. We buy the experience than the star of hotel. The ambience is good. But need to improve the cleanliness of the room but overall was amazing!

The new suite is very beautiful! its clean, spacious, strong wifi, and fresh clean air. There's hot water, spacious bathtub, clean bathroom & toilet. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel area is huge! It is the best staycation experience ever!

We booked 3 deluxe rooms for 2 nights but we ended up checking out early as our first night stay at this hotel was horrible. The bathrooms were smelly and the bedsheets were stinky and got some stains. One of the basins was leaking. One bathroom's ceiling was nearly falling off. The bathroom didn't drain properly which caused flooding on the bathroom floor. The hot water supply was restricted to a certain period. There was no WiFi at the hotel either. We asked for a refund for the second night of our stay as we only stayed for 1 night but the receptionist refused to give our money back.
