The reception officer helpfull to give me no deposit policy at that time. Actually I ask to early check in (2 hour earlier from standart time 14:00) but the hotel said should pay more if I need to early check in , maybe this issue could be considered to hotel management.

Awesome hotel which located in strategic place (center of town)

Everything okay. The only things that they need to be improved is in term of food, especially breakfast. In term of variance its okay but in term of taste need some improvement.

Location is perfect, across Tunjungan Plaza. Breakfast taste was delicious. But the restaurant size is too small to cater all guests in peak hours.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with our 2-night stay at Wyndham Hotel Surabaya to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel's location is very accessible, whether by private vehicle or public transportation (with Suroboyo Bus corridor R1 and Trans Semanggi K2 available). The check-in and check-out process was quick, front desk staff were friendly, as were the other staff and security guards who helped adjust the motorcycles when it was difficult to take our vehicle out due to the very tight parking space. Room size was spacious, even for a Deluxe room, featuring a 50-inch smart TV and stable Wi-Fi for streaming Netflix and YouTube in 1080p resolution. However, there were a few minor issues that need improvement, such as some peeling wallpaper and the motorcycle parking area being very cramped and narrow. Additionally, the towels we received were somewhat old (with a tag indicating 2022), and although they were still clean in terms of color, some threads were already fraying on the edges.

Great choice when visiting Surabaya. Everything was great, the area, staffs, cleanliness, facilities, room and breakfast was good. We'll definitely choose Crown Prince again for next trip
