The Life Styles Hotel Surabaya
Worst hotel I ever been! The room was small and hard to put and open my luggages, toilet has no lock. I call the resepsionist for extra bedcover and they said will be charge for 50.000 and I don't mind, after that they call back to the room and said they cannot give it and not available, very disappointed! The breakfast have not many foods to choiced and the coffee so light like not taste at all.

Sahid Surabaya Hotel
Don't choose floor 5th because the AC outdoor is in the room, so noisy. The room not cleaning up, only if you request. But the resepsionist very helpfully, I get upgraded room.
