Villas in Hoan Kiem District

It was very nice, eventough it is a 3 star hotel, but it feels like a 4 star hotel. My stay was wonderful, I arrived hanoi very late at night and they welcome my family and I very warmly, very nice service! The room was wonderful, not really sound proof, but it is very clean and comfortabke. The facility is very complete and the room got enough space to unpack my big luggage, haha. I would definitely stay in this hotel when I back to hanoi next time. Good job classy boutique hotel! Very strategic location for a very good price! Sorry i don’t have any proper photos of the room!

The location was very convenient, but the TV never works. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly after All.

This hotel were fully booked but was not updated yet even I paid for the room. They automatically sold my booking to another nearby hotel with poor quality.

Thanks for staff, they very kind. Feel like at home. This small hotel with strategic location. I must stay here again if go to hanoi again
