Villas in Hoan Kiem District

Staff was nice and friendly during check in. Assisted on carrying the luggages all. However, forgotten to ask for passport during check in & we put on Do Not Disturb sign as we went to bed earlier due to insufficient of sleep. We were trying to relax and sleep but got interrupted by knocking and calling to request for our passport. We tried to understand despite not being able to rest in after that as the room was squeezy for 2 pax & the bedroom was not clean. Underneath the bed, there was a lot of rubbish and we couldn't unseen that as it disturbed our mind totally. The hotel room was not well maintained. Plug was not working well. I gotten rashes after lying down on the bed, could be dust or germs that we couldn't see. The room could be soundproof as we heard a lot of noises and commotion around. We wanted to complaint & request for room change, but it was already past midnight and didn't want to trouble ourselves & the staff. It is not recommended by me if anyone looking for 100% cleanliness and well maintained room. But for non fussy guests, it is worth it as it is located around old quarter. Walking distance to everywhere. The reason we picked the hotel was we trusted the reviews online.

The location was very convenient, but the TV never works. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly after All.

This hotel were fully booked but was not updated yet even I paid for the room. They automatically sold my booking to another nearby hotel with poor quality.
