Stayed here to watch a concert (like many others at the time) at the venue nearby and it was amazing. Decided last minute to book a stay here for convenience since only 15 minutes walk from the venue and did not regret a single thing. The price is on the higher side but you really get what you paid for. The service was excellent from the start, I was able to check in early in the morning, all the staffs (I mean like everyone) work their very best to provide the best service. I asked for extending a night and they accommodated so well. Room is excellent, breakfast has variety of choices too. Definitely would stay again if there 's an event nearby. Oh also I left my laptop charger by accident and they reached out via email really quick. Really appreciated it. Thank you so much Mulia!

We had a pleasant stay at Langham. The staff are great, very keen on details. The atmosphere was nice, the breakfasts were good. We had an upgraded room to a cityscape view, just tell if you're bringing a kid, they will provide you with cute little tents and amenities, amazing experience 🤍

During the pandemic we've been stayed at several five stars hotels for a staycation. With that being said, we can say confidently that we had experienced the best service from all staffs here in Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place. The staffs were very accommodative. They know you, they call you by your name. They always made sure that we had all our needs fulfilled. The food was superb with so many variations from western to eastern and a mix of both. The room was spacious and clean, and the view was spectacular! Looking forward for our next stay!

The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta
Very old hotel (built in 1960). If you want a 5 star hotel that feels worse than 2 star hotel, look no further.

Great place, nice hotel, integrated with great mall.

Location, staff and cleanliness is OK and basic, worth the price. But I even couldn't finish my night sleeping because of the noisy night club + building exhaust (the hotel located right behind the big building which has night club). I woke up at 1:30 AM and my wife couldn't even get a proper sleep since 9PM. I decided to move out at 1:45 and drive back home.

Best Western Senayan
Close to the shopping center, malls and easy access to GBK.
I stayed there for 3 days 2 nights at 7046. I arrived at the hotel before the check in time and surprisingly the room is ready.
Something that need to be improved, such as:
1. The staffs in front office need to improve their hospitality skills (do not forget to smile and make the guest feels welcome).
They did not ask for deposit to me but they asked it to my friend. Dunno why.
2. The cleanlines:
I found little cockroaches in my bathroom on the first night I stayed and I also attached the pict. I directly called to the reception at that night and he said he will do the treatment tomorrow.
That was so exhausted..
I can't slept at that night.. and in the morning I came to the reception counter and inform to one of the staff and it seems that he did not get any update and he tried to call the housekeeper.
At that day, they just sent a casual worker who brought the sprayer to my room while after a few minutes the cockroaches appeared again more and more.
So terrible.
