3 Stars Hotels in Karo Regency

Hospitality was top notch. Our check in went smooth and was sent to our room. The only problem we encounter was the theme park only open in weekends despite it's a Resort. Not many activities we could do there instead of enjoying the room. And there is no AC inside the room.

Reminding you that when serving overnight guests, you have to be wholehearted and don't discriminate based on someone appearance?! And please, if you are a receptionist, don't joke too much at your counter because it can offend guests.

I think this hotel is lack of staff, no security or someone else that directs the visitors where is the lobby to check in (I came to this hotel at friday night around 8 pm). Breakfast is announced ready at 7 am, but the reality, its already 7, the food and drink did not came out. But the taste is good.

Clean and new rooms. The reception was very proper to explain everything. Downside is that the menu is rather limited. Only the basics available at the restaurant. Also no elevators to get to the restaurant on the 4th floor. Biggest complain is the noise due to the busy road beside the hotel.

Ini bukan tempat istirahat, sampe jam 3 subuh masih aja karoke, ga tau aturan, karna yg lain juga butuh istirahat. Komplen ke ownernya ga ditanggapi. Ga lagi nginap disini.

Hotel lama, namun terkelola dengan baik. Pengalaman yang menyenangkan menginap di sini.

Sangat bague, enak, view bagus, bersih dan mantul.

Low cost, thus we managed our expectations. Thank God for Indo Maret/Alfa Mart stores nearby. The hotel staff helped buying things we needed: Toilet paper, drinks & breakfast supplies. We rented a car & driver to go places and came home very tired; Could fall asleep fast, despite the noise from busy traffic on the street. Found a cheap laundry place also nearby. It was a good experience for 25 year old minds. Need to save money.
