This is my second time staying in this hotel. As usual, the room is very comfy & homey. Their facility is classic hotel. Location is strategic, near Paris van Java mall & ZEN. My bedroom is spacey, bed is very comfy AC working fine, hot water available, full amenities, there is safety deposit box & mini fridge. There are electric kettle, teabags, creamery, sugar & complimentary water bottle every day. Staffs are friendly and helpful. This time, the wifi in the bedroom is a bit stronger, but during night time, the wifi's connection tends to be slow. It makes it really difficult for me since I am working remote as well. So, internet connection is important for me. I hope the hotel can install additional devices to make the wifi signal stronger until inside of the bedrooms. Overall, I enjoy my stay here. Recommended!

What a wonderful stay!
The hospitality was beyond my expectations.
Calming ambiance with very nice attention-to-detail decorations. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly, from the receptionist to the security guy from eastern Indonesia.
Easy access to location with good parking space.

mo wifi. dirty and stinky bedroom, there are 2 light bulb off. no hot water,,
shower broken. the staff not change bed linen, pillow case, towel and everything. I complain then they change everything in the bed room. AC are very noisy. this is my first and my last to stay at this hotel. I have video but can't upload.
