About Bukit Tunku

Bukit Tunku is an upper-class residential area in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This hill is named after Tunku Abdul Rahman's house located here. It was formerly known as Bukit Kenny or Kenny Hill. Bukit Tunku houses many luxury condominiums and villas and is surrounded by many luxury housing projects. Houses in Bukit Tunku regularly sell for up to RM 6 million on an 8,000 square feet land area.

Publika

Publika is an classy neighbourhood shopping mall located in Jalan Dutamas 1, Solaris Dutamas, 50480 KL. Designed in creative and artsy concept, Publika has a number of high-end clothing boutiques, novelty stores and F&B venues. Its modern architectural look features steel and glass art pieces hanging from the ceiling, a skylight that lets in plenty of natural light, geometric, wire benches. Other than housing small stores with high-quality merchandise, the mall also host a variety of entertainment such as art galleries and more. On the outer part of the mall have numbers of good restaurants suitable for family dining.

National Science Centre

National Science Centre is an educational science centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Located at Bukit Kiara, it was officially opened on 29 November 1996 by former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad. It is a great move taken to assert greater interest and importance of science and technology among the Malaysians. It is a very good place to take your family especially children to visit National Science Centre. It is opened daily from 9 am to 5 pm. The admission fees are RM6 for adult and RM3 for child.

Federal Territory Mosque

Located at Jalan Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, Kompleks Kerajaan, 50480, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory Mosque is also known as Jalan Duta Mosque. The mosque was opened to the public on 25 October 2000. The mosque can accommodate up to 17,000 worshippers at any one time. The mosque beautiful architectural has made it as one favourite tourism stop either by the locals or foreigners. The mosque's design is heavily influenced by the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, Turkey. It has 22 domes made from a composite material of glass fibre fabric mixed with epoxy resin to make it durable and shines when there is a light.

Sogo KL

Sogo KL is located at 190, Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, City Centre, 50100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. It is a popular shopping mall among the locals from all over Malaysia. It houses many international brands of women’s wear, men’s wear, children’s wear as well as household. It offers discounts and promotions like almost every day thus making it the locals’ first choice shopping centre. When great deals are held, Sogo becomes very crowded and it is advisable for you to visit it during working hours and working days.

Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman

The road is named after the first Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Abdul Rahman of Negeri Sembilan and popularly known as Jalan TAR. On both sides of the road are retail shops which were built since pre-war. They are famous for selling variety of women and men fabrics, textiles and clothing. The prices are reasonable and those who are good at bargaining can get it cheaper. This road is closed to all vehicles on Saturday between 5 pm to 10 pm to make a room for the night market held nearby. Jalan TAR will utterly be crowded few day before Hari Raya when the Muslims shop for their Raya attire.
