The company was incorporated and established in 1983 and is based in Kajang. Billion Shopping Centre has stores located over 9 states and each state has at least 2 centres. Ulu Legong Hot Spring is situated about 20 kilometres from the Baling Town and an hour and half drive from the Penang State. It is a famous tourist attraction among local and international tourists. There are 5 pools in Ulu Legong hot spring which 3 of them are for public usage, one of them is for children and the other one is for private usage. The 3 public pools are having different temperature from warm to hot and visitors can enjoy a therapeutic soak in its hot mineral waters. On top of that, there are other activities such as jungle trekking and visit the waterfalls in the Ulu Muda Forest Reserve nearby. This hot spring recreational park is operating around the clock, based on the information given by the park operator and the peak hour is from 10am to 2am. The entrance fee is affordable and they charge only RM3 for adult entrance.

This museum is the first paddy museum in Malaysia, and the fourth to be opened in the world after Japan, Germany and the Philippines. The unique architecture of the Paddy Museum represents harvested rice stalks. Besides that, there are exhibition showcases the paddy cultivation process in Malaysia and displays all kinds of tools and equipment which have been used in the trade over the years. There are also beautiful murals from the artwork of 60 artists from North Korea and the history of paddy cultivation in Malaysia is revealed. This museum is built to dedicate the hardworking paddy farmers, whose blood, sweat and toil have contributed to the objective of achieving self-sufficiency in the rice industry alongside to honour the history, culture and significance of paddy farming in Kedah.
