Nice beach view & awesome staff .

Hi, the staff were all accommodating and friendly. The view was also really nice, we liked it but the problem were... so far, all the reviews from previews guests from months ago were all true. Like the cable still not okay, no wifi still, the place is big but it doesn't look well kept inside.. The card/automated locks weren't functioning well. We have to switch room because the card wasn't working and the flush in the toilet doesn't as well. We were surprised there were cobwebs outside the door and the linens weren't clean enough (even where we switched rooms, the towels and linens still have stains). For the second room, the shower wasn't working well. Sometimes its hot, sometimes cold and the shower heads aren't clean. If they can improve the hotel itself this place will be really nice but the rooms are already expensive and you don't feel like it's worth the money.

Awesome stay. Complete with cooking utensils, refrigerator and water dispenser and 5 gallons of water. Life guard 24/7 so your kids are safe in the pool area. Kudos to the staff.

Staff was courteous during check-in. Showed us to our table. Gave us water to drink. And constantly informed us about our room’s preparation. The area is spacious. Guests have manners. Great for family and small friends focused on relaxation. Amenities are complete. Water’s clean. Coral reefs are beautiful. My only problem is the mandatory meal plan. Price was high for just okay food. Felt cheated that I don’t have much of a choice. Other than that, this is a place that I can return to

It was a great experience for us especially to one of our fur baby because it was her 1st beach experience. We enjoyed it so much. Staff are all friendly and accommodating. I love the idea that they're pet friendly and even though they charge php1500 per pet it was all worth it because they provide toys, treats & fur babies immediate need like water & wee pads. Overall we're satisfied and happy for the experience we had.
