We got this room last minute and arrived past midnight. We need a place to be able to sleep comfortably and we did. Overall, we were satisfied. The staff were courteous. The room was clean and sheets were fresh. The interior of the hotel is so cute. I love it. The breakfast is delicious! Note that there is a security deposit of 1000 pesos which is refundable upon checkout.

It is a great place to stay. The staff are very accommodating and always wear smiles on their faces 😁 The room is cozy and cleaned everyday. The linens, towels and tissue are also changed every day of your stay. There is also a mini vault inside the room so you're sure that your valuable items are kept safe (you'll the one who will decide the passcode). The wifi is good too, no lag during my stay.

the staffs are friendly and the location was great, near the mall, near to all the banks and shamarock pasalubong store. the breakfast was good, the room is clean and nice. thumbs up to the security guard who always ask us if we need a taxi, he's always alert and attentive to the guest. Staff were very accomodating and the hotel was excellent, however, wifi was not working throughout my stay and it is a necessary for me who is working on the go. I tried calling but the issue was not resolved until our check out time.

The place is very convenient since its location is closer to most of the tourist spot in the city. The staff are friendly and they provided the guests with brochure on how to get around the city.

The hotel is a rundown and quite old. Found several cockroaches inside the rooms. Found a cockroach coming out from the drain of the bath tub. One positive were the staff who were efficient and friendly.

Metro Park Hotel Cebu City
Only good location, almost facilities here inside the room and public area (elevator, swimming pool,.) are very very old and damaged, also humidity smell everywhere. Moreover, if you use iPhone, you can't charge it here because the outlet is flat and they sell the adapter which in all of places in stayed around Cebu were offered for free. Never come back and not recommend this place.
